Happy Wedding Wednesday! Today I am sharing Kari & Cullen’s engagement session with you guys!

Kari and Cullen met while they were in high school, both attending different schools but they made it work! Last December, Cullen had planned to propose, but Kari ended up getting very sick to the point that she had to have surgery. Cullen decided he couldn’t wait any longer and he proposed right then and there! I think it’s safe to say Kari was surprised!

Kari and Cullen met me at Inniswoods Park for their engagement session. We had such a beautiful evening for photos. This fall started off so hot, and this was about an 85-degree evening, but we had a fun time despite it being a little warm for fall!

I had so much fun at Inniswoods with this gorgeous 2019 senior. Emily will be graduating from Pickerington High School Central this spring! Go Tigers!

Emily is not only so beautiful, but so smart and hard working! Emily is currently decided on where to attend college, and she plans to study nursing!

Happy Wedding Wednesday! Guys, it FINALLY feels like fall!! Let’s hope it stays this way through at least mid-December, and doesn’t turn straight to freezing come Thanksgiving, ya know?

Good morning! Today I am sharing Kelly’s senior session on the blog. Guys, I feel like at least a third of my clients are named Kelly. Is that crazy?? I am basically the official photographer for anyone named Kelly. Or can I be? Your name is Kelly? Oh, I’m totally your photographer! I digress.

THIS Kelly is actually our next-door neighbor! She reached out to me this past winter and was so excited about doing a senior session. She told me she never had senior photos done when she finished high school but since she was graduating this coming winter with her associate’s she wanted to celebrate with photos to mark this monumental time! Kelly has been working very hard to achieve this goal and when she gets her degree this fall, it will be such a huge accomplishment.

Happy Wedding Wednesday!! So excited to share all of my favorites from Jenn and Kyle’s wedding with you today! September has been so crazy and I haven’t been posting on social media as much and sharing as many previews, but today the blog includes so much pretty!!

Jenn and Kyle are so much fun! I’ve loved getting to know them. They are such a sweet couple. They were married at Vue Columbus on what was one of the hottest days of the year (or at least it felt like it!). We did most of their portraits prior to the ceremony since they opted for a first look! Jenn was stunning in her gown and Kyle’s reaction was so perfect. I love how he makes her laugh! Their happiness is contagious.

If you know Rob and Alyssa, you know that these two actually got married on Saturday!! Since Rob is in the Navy, we didn’t have the opportunity to do engagement photos until last week though, but we got them done! Guys, I LOVE these two!

Rob and Alyssa met three years ago while interning at The Ohio House of Representatives. A friendship soon turned into an incredible love story. Rob joined the Navy after graduating from college but that did not keep these two apart! Last Christmas, Rob had planned to propose at Park of Roses with all the stringy lights up, but the lights didn’t go up last year, so he and Alyssa went to Easton, where they took a romantic walk through the lights and when they got to the big Christmas tree, Rob got down on one knee!

Happy Wedding Wednesday!! I’m sharing an engagement session with you guys today. As soon as I got Emily’s email, I was so excited for this couple. Emily and Damien are both from Lancaster, so I knew they would be my kind of Fairfield County people!

Emily and Damien met while they were attending high school at Fischer Catholic High School in Lancaster. They both went to school at Miami University and last Thanksgiving, Damien proposed! He planned for his family to go out to their backyard to take a family photo, but really the plan was to propose! Emily was so surprised! He even had Emily's whole family hiding on the side of the house so that they could watch too. Emily had no idea until she said she heard them clapping and cheering behind her! Isn't that so sweet and amazing?!

Happy Wedding Wednesday! Today I am sharing Allyson & Frank’s Pinnacle Golf Club wedding photos. The navy, burgundy, and blush details of their day are so swoon-worthy! I love this Ohio Northern University love story!

Both the ceremony and the reception were at Pinnacle and it was so convenient because we didn’t need to travel between venues, which meant more time for photos! It was threatening rain on and off all afternoon, but it held off for photos and the cloud coverage gave us the most beautiful even light! If you remember their engagement photos, we worked with the rain then too despite the dark clouds and decided to go with it anyways!

I met Maggie and Peter when I shot Maggie’s brother and sister-in-law’s wedding last year!
