Emily is not only so beautiful, but so smart and hard working! Emily is currently decided on where to attend college, and she plans to study nursing!

I met Miranda and her mom up at Inniswoods Metro Park in Westerville for her session, always a great choice for senior photos! The grounds are so beautiful.

Slowly but surely catching up on sharing last year's photos! I mostly shoot weddings, but I love family sessions and senior sessions! So that is what I am going to be sharing this week with you guys!
I photographed this sweet little family last summer at Inniswoods Park. Angie, Jeff, and Anakin were all so sweet! I loved seeing these three interact. I'm not much of a "posing" photographer, which I always say up front! But I love to direct my clients in a way that makes you hopefully not feel like the camera is there, and that you're just having fun together! When I am photographing kids, I have found the best way to photograph them is to just let them be kids- Let them play! I promise these candid shots will turn out to be the favorites.

My last senior of 2017! Nichole drove all the way down to Columbus from Stow! I told y'all I have the best clients ever!
Not only is she beautiful - her dimply smile reminds me of Ashley Wagner! If you watch ice skating, you'll know who that is! Nichole has some big plans for the future, including going to school to become a nurse practitioner.

Half way through the week you guys! Almost the weekend! This weekend is going to be super awesome, too because I get to see my nephew, Oliver!
But enough about me! Remember Katie's senior session that I blogged on Monday? Well right after Katie's session, I met up with Sarah, a Newark Catholic 2017 senior! This had to be the most fun I've had during a senior session. Sarah brought along her mom, her sister, and her aunt to help her with wardrobe changes and some genuine laughter. Oh my goodness. These girls were a HOOT!

Hi y'all! HOW is it April already?? It's officially my birthday month (yes, I celebrate all month long - and you should too!) I am super excited for this month's blog posts- full of seniors and engagements!
To kick it off, here is another one of my amazing #storytoldseniors, Katie! Katie is a 2017 Delaware Hayes senior! She is also a varsity basketball player and she is GORGEOUS. She reminds me of Hillary Swank, but even prettier! Girlfriend could easily model.

Eeeeek! This is my cousin, Kaleigh!!! I never thought I would be the one taking her senior photos, and I am so happy that I was able to! I love this pretty girl!
Kaleigh and her mom, Julie, drove all the way down from Stow to Westerville back in September for Kaleigh’s summer session! And it was in the morning so they had to leave super early. My schedule was so full, I didn’t have room for travel. I am so grateful they were willing to come down to me!
Last month, I was up in Akron for my sister’s baby shower (blog coming next month on that!!) and so we finished up Kaleigh’s senior portraits up there! We went to this beautiful park that Kaleigh picked called Hudson Springs and found some really pretty areas! I loved the lake! All the fall colors had me swooning!
Kaleigh is also an incredible swimmer and so we ended her session at the pool! I loved this and the fact that she was willing to get her hair wet after all that curling!

You guys! Seriously, I am so far behind on my blogging, but I am so excited to start catching up! I'm going to try to blog a senior a week!
Back in September, I shot Caitlin’s senior portraits at Inniswoods Metro Gardens and it was so much fun! Caitlin is a friend of one of my 2016 seniors and I knew she was going to be incredible to photograph! She is beyond gorgeous- LOVE her eyes- and just an enormous amount of fun to capture!
I always love when my seniors bring along an instrument they play and show off their talents, and I was so happy Caitlin brought along her violin! Ohhh, I love the sweet sound it makes! I found out she was even interested in studying the same majors as me in college! And her style was so on point. Gahh I just love her! I hope you enjoy her images as much as I do!
