Happy Wedding Wednesday! Today I am sharing Kelly and Tyler’s engagement session on the blog! Oh guys, I this night was so beautiful and Kelly and Tyler were so amazing in front of the camera!
Kelly and Tyler went to the same school, but they didn’t really know each other until their dads decided to set them up several years later! That’s right, their dads set them up: the cutest thing ever. They got engaged this past summer as the sun was setting on the beach!

Happy Wedding Wednesday!! I’m sharing an engagement session with you guys today. As soon as I got Emily’s email, I was so excited for this couple. Emily and Damien are both from Lancaster, so I knew they would be my kind of Fairfield County people!
Emily and Damien met while they were attending high school at Fischer Catholic High School in Lancaster. They both went to school at Miami University and last Thanksgiving, Damien proposed! He planned for his family to go out to their backyard to take a family photo, but really the plan was to propose! Emily was so surprised! He even had Emily's whole family hiding on the side of the house so that they could watch too. Emily had no idea until she said she heard them clapping and cheering behind her! Isn't that so sweet and amazing?!

Half way to Friyay! There are only a couple more days until the weekend. I am celebrating over here by sharing an engagement session I shot this past weekend!
We originally had scheduled September and James’ engagement session for Saturday evening, but we switched to Sunday morning since it rained all day on Saturday. I was super excited for a sunrise session… until I walked out of my house into the densest fog I’ve ever seen around here! Visibility was basically zero and I knew I wouldn’t be getting that awesome sunlight from the sunrise I had hoped for. BUT we made it work! Shooting in the fog ended up being really beautiful. We ventured around down to the river and back up to capitol square.
