Good morning! Today I am sharing another senior session on the blog! I cannot tell you how awesome it is that my clients return again and again for photos. I shot Chris’ brother Caleb’s senior portraits a couple of years ago and I was so happy their mom reached out to me again for Chris’ portraits!Read More
We’re baaaack! And so is Wedding Wednesday! We had a relaxing winter break, but are so happy to be back in the full swing of things around here. Look for lots of blog posts and wedding/engagement inspiration coming you way each week this Spring!
We kicked off our 2019 wedding season with Courtney and Andy’s wedding last month! We had so much fun getting to know these two over the past year. They are high school sweethearts and their love is truly a real life fairytale.Read More
Wedding Wednesday is back! At least for a couple more rounds this year. I am so excited for all of my 2019 couples!! It’s going to be an incredible year.
I typically do not shoot on Sundays unless I need to use it as a rain make-up date, but Nick is in the military and was only home for a few days over Thanksgiving break, so we made it work!
Baileigh and Nick were married this past summer in an intimate backyard wedding. Click here to reminisce their sweet wedding day! These two knew they didn’t want to wait any longer to get married, so they did it as soon as they could, surrounded by their closest family and friends. They are planning on having a big celebration next year and I am so excited to be photographing that as well!Read More
Happy Wedding Wednesday! Today I am sharing Kelly and Tyler’s engagement session on the blog! Oh guys, I this night was so beautiful and Kelly and Tyler were so amazing in front of the camera!
Kelly and Tyler went to the same school, but they didn’t really know each other until their dads decided to set them up several years later! That’s right, their dads set them up: the cutest thing ever. They got engaged this past summer as the sun was setting on the beach!Read More
Last week of October! Where did it go?? October is to photographers what April is to accountants. The entire month feels like one really long week to me! BUT I love this and love getting you beautiful people in front of my camera.
Today I am sharing Corrina’s senior session. Okay guys, this was a hard one to write. I started teaching Corrina ice skating when she was… I think twelve? She is now in her senior year at Pickerington North and making me feel my age. I am so proud of this sweet girl. She showed up to her senior session and she was by herself. I was like, “Did you come here alone??” She drove herself, in her own car, like a dang adult. I feel like this is a rare thing for people her age now. She has a steady job and is hoping to attend OSU next fall and study computer stuff that I don’t understand, maybe application development. Again, so stinkin’ proud of her. Also, she used to show up to skating practice half asleep and hair unbrushed and I’d be hollering at her and holy guacamole she shows up to her senior session with this sassy short hair cut perfectly fitting her personality, wearing makeup and I can’t take how beautiful. UGH.Read More
Happy Wedding Wednesday! Guys, it FINALLY feels like fall!! Let’s hope it stays this way through at least mid-December, and doesn’t turn straight to freezing come Thanksgiving, ya know?
Today I’m sharing Kelly & Trent’s wedding! Kelly had booked me nearly a year and a half ago and I was so excited for this day to finally arrive! It was so awesome to see all of their planning come to life.Read More
Hello, hello! I’m so happy the fall weather is finally here. Guys, it was an extraordinarily hot summer for this wedding photographer. I am looking forward to all the portrait sessions lined up for this month and next and for the boots and sweaters and scarves. This basic girl thriiiiiiives in the fall, ya know???
But first, it’s Wedding Wednesday! Today I am sharing Alyssa & Rob’s late summer wedding images with you all. This day was so beautiful, and the couple themselves even more so!Read More
Happy Wedding Wednesday!! So excited to share all of my favorites from Jenn and Kyle’s wedding with you today! September has been so crazy and I haven’t been posting on social media as much and sharing as many previews, but today the blog includes so much pretty!!
Jenn and Kyle are so much fun! I’ve loved getting to know them. They are such a sweet couple. They were married at Vue Columbus on what was one of the hottest days of the year (or at least it felt like it!). We did most of their portraits prior to the ceremony since they opted for a first look! Jenn was stunning in her gown and Kyle’s reaction was so perfect. I love how he makes her laugh! Their happiness is contagious.Read More
If you know Rob and Alyssa, you know that these two actually got married on Saturday!! Since Rob is in the Navy, we didn’t have the opportunity to do engagement photos until last week though, but we got them done! Guys, I LOVE these two!
Rob and Alyssa met three years ago while interning at The Ohio House of Representatives. A friendship soon turned into an incredible love story. Rob joined the Navy after graduating from college but that did not keep these two apart! Last Christmas, Rob had planned to propose at Park of Roses with all the stringy lights up, but the lights didn’t go up last year, so he and Alyssa went to Easton, where they took a romantic walk through the lights and when they got to the big Christmas tree, Rob got down on one knee!Read More
Happy Wedding Wednesday!! I’m sharing an engagement session with you guys today. As soon as I got Emily’s email, I was so excited for this couple. Emily and Damien are both from Lancaster, so I knew they would be my kind of Fairfield County people!
Emily and Damien met while they were attending high school at Fischer Catholic High School in Lancaster. They both went to school at Miami University and last Thanksgiving, Damien proposed! He planned for his family to go out to their backyard to take a family photo, but really the plan was to propose! Emily was so surprised! He even had Emily's whole family hiding on the side of the house so that they could watch too. Emily had no idea until she said she heard them clapping and cheering behind her! Isn't that so sweet and amazing?!Read More
